1. General Information
Ramesh Cab Service Goa we provides taxi and transportation services within Goa and nearby regions. By availing of our services, you the customer acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms stated below.
2. Booking Policy

All bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of request.

Customers must provide accurate details such as name, pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact number.

For outstation or long-distance trips, advance booking is recommended.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking if false information is provided or if the customer violates our terms.
3. Pricing & Payment

Fares are calculated based on distance, travel time, vehicle type, and service category (AC/Non-AC).

All prices are exclusive of tolls, parking charges, or state entry fees unless otherwise stated.

Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other accepted online methods.

Full or partial advance payment may be required for certain bookings.

Prices are subject to change based on fuel rates, government taxes, or seasonal demands.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a full refund (if any advance payment was made).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation charge.

In case of a no-show (when the customer fails to arrive at the pickup location), the full fare may be charged.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that all provided details are accurate.

The passenger is responsible for their personal belongings. Ramesh Cab Service Goa is not liable for any lost or misplaced items.

Customers are expected to maintain cleanliness inside the cab and treat the driver respectfully.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the cab.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be charged accordingly.
6. Driver & Vehicle Policy

All our drivers are verified, professional, and trained for customer safety.

Vehicles are regularly maintained and sanitized.

In case of any mechanical issues or unavoidable delays, an alternate vehicle will be arranged whenever possible.

Customers must follow the driver’s instructions for safety during the ride.
7. Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure timely pickups and drops, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Ramesh Cab Service Goa will not be liable for any indirect losses such as missed flights, appointments, or events due to delays.

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip.
8. Safety & Conduct

Seat belts must be worn at all times.

Passengers must not engage in behavior that distracts or endangers the driver.

Children must be accompanied by adults and seated properly.

The driver reserves the right to refuse service if the passenger is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a threat to safety.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking (such as your name, contact details, and pickup address) will be used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
10. Modifications to Service or Terms
Ramesh Cab Service Goa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Goa.
